A GESI Diagnostic Tool Orientation Workshop for teachers was held on March 20, 2025, at Samtse College of Education. The workshop brought together ten teachers, two researchers, and five project core members.
The session was facilitated by Kinley Seden, Principal Investigator and Project Coordinator, along with Tshering Om Tamang. The primary objective was to familiarize teachers with the tool’s items, equipping them to effectively conduct baseline data collection in their schools.
Following the orientation, an open discussion was held to address doubts and establish a shared understanding. Project core members actively participated, providing clarifications and responding to participants’ queries.
